Job Title: Maintenance Electrician (Responsive Repairs)

Responsibilities

What We Offer:

• Complete responsive electrical repairs, maintenance, and fault diagnosis in residential domestic properties.
• Undertake minor works, consumer unit replacements, and remedial repairs following inspection reports.
• Issue relevant certification and documentation (minor works, EICRs where applicable).
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents while working cleanly and efficiently.
• Participate in a low-frequency call-out rota (typically 1 in 10 to 12 weeks).
• Base Salary: £43,000 per annum
• Transport: Company Van + Fuel Card
• Holiday Allowance: 28 days annual leave PLUS all 8 Bank Holidays
• Pension Scheme: Up to 10% company pension contribution
• Equipment: Full uniform, power tools, and calibrated testing kit supplied
• Job Security: Permanent contract with clear development routes

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (City & Guilds 2360 / 2330 / 2356 / 2357 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
• Full UK Driving Licence (Mandatory)
• Proven experience in domestic maintenance, fault finding, or social housing repairs
• Inspection & Testing qualification (City & Guilds 2391 / 2394 / 2395) is desirable but not mandatory

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Electrician to join an established team covering residential properties across Bracknell and surrounding areas.

You will carry out day-to-day responsive electrical maintenance, fault diagnosis, planned repairs, and testing within occupied and void domestic properties. A fully expensed company van, fuel card, professional tooling, and testing equipment are provided from day one.
