Develop and advance electronic circuits in analog, digital, and signal electronics for aerospace applications. This role involves schematic creation, component selection, technical analysis, and documentation.
Project overview
+ Development and advancement of electronic circuits in the field of analog, digital, and signal electronics
+ Creation and maintenance of schematics using DX Designer
+ Technical support and professional guidance of the layout process using Expedition
+ Selection and evaluation of suitable electronic components
+ Execution and support of technical analyses and verifications
+ Commissioning and testing of developed assemblies and circuits
+ Creation of technical documentation in English
+ Further development of existing flight controller systems
+ Familiarization with existing electronics concepts and system architectures
+ Coordination of technical requirements with internal departments
+ Development of concepts and solution approaches for new functionalities
+ Support of qualification and test activities
+ Ensuring high-quality and aviation-compliant development
+ Collaboration with hardware, test, and layout experts throughout the entire development process
+ Support in adhering to relevant development and quality standards in the aerospace environment
Requirements
+ Experience in the aviation environment
+ Knowledge of aviation standards DO-160 and DO-254
+ Several years of experience as a circuit developer / electronics developer
+ Very good knowledge of DX Designer and Expedition
+ Experience in circuit development and schematic creation
+ Experience in the development of analog, digital, and signal electronics
+ Support and professional guidance of layout designers (no active layouting required)
+ Confident handling of component selection, commissioning, and technical analyses
+ Creation of technical documentation in English
+ Understanding of electronic circuits in the areas of voltages and currents
+ High quality standards and structured development approach
+ Ability to analyze, understand, and further develop existing concepts
