Redesign existing PCBs by replacing unavailable or RoHS-critical components, involving circuit adjustments, testing, and documentation.
Project overview
Redesign of existing printed circuit boards (approx. 14 PCB types)
Replacement of no longer available or RoHS-critical components
Verification of RoHS/Restriction of Substances requirements
Circuit adjustments and optimizations
Functional testing of modified boards
Error analysis and redesign in case of functional deviations
Documentation of changes
Requirements
Studies in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology
Several years of experience in circuit design
Experience in PCB/printed circuit board design
Experience with ECAD systems
Independently developed, tested, and commissioned boards
Experience with electronic circuits and assemblies
