Electrical Engineer / Project Manager TGA – Electrical Engineering

Project overview

Dear Sir or Madam,

For a client in the hospital environment, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer / Project Manager TGA – Electrical Engineering for the planning, control, and supervision of electrical engineering construction projects in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• You will plan and supervise electrical engineering systems in hospital, administrative, commercial, and laboratory buildings.
• You will independently plan medium and low-voltage systems as well as low-current systems in existing buildings and coordinate necessary adjustments in the area of measurement, control, and regulation technology.
• For new constructions, conversions, extensions, and refurbishment measures, you will coordinate and manage external engineering firms.
• You will accompany and monitor planning and construction services across all service phases.
• You will ensure compliance with quality, schedule, and cost targets, taking into account public procurement and contract law.
• You will act as an interface to contractors, users, and other parties involved in the project.
• You may take on a mentoring role for an internal junior electrical engineer or aspiring TGA project manager.

• You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Hospital Operations Technology, or a comparable qualification.
• You have experience in the planning and construction management of electrical engineering systems.
• You are familiar with HOAI service phases and public procurement and contract law and are acquainted with relevant building law and technical regulations.
• You have knowledge of the service phases according to TPrüfVO.
• Confident use of MS Office and an AVA program is required; basic CAD knowledge is an advantage.
• A structured and independent way of working, organizational skills, and teamwork skills characterize you.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
