Responsibilities

What you bring:

Framework conditions:

• Functional expansion and further development of existing embedded firmware
• Implementation, integration, error analysis, and verification of the firmware
• Execution and documentation of software tests to ensure requirement implementation
• Completed technical degree (TU/FH) in Technical Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Control Engineering, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the development of embedded software/firmware
• Very good knowledge of the C programming language
• Sound knowledge and practical experience with µC/OS-II, NXP MCUs, KSDK, and Kinetis Design Studio
• Knowledge of CANopen and ideally experience with other industrial communication interfaces
• Experience in the verification and testing of embedded software
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, and measurement technology
• Ability to read and understand electrical circuit diagrams and schematics
• Confident use of electronic measuring instruments and tools for troubleshooting and commissioning
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
• 100% on-site presence at the location required
