Embedded Hardware & Software Developer – BLDC / Motor Control
For a long-term development project at an established technology company in Baden-Württemberg, we are looking for an experienced freelance Embedded Hardware & Software Developer with knowledge in BLDC motor control and low-level electronics development.
As part of the project, you will support an existing development team in the further development, adaptation, and integration of electronic control systems.
The focus is on practical hardware and firmware development as well as the implementation of various technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Development and adaptation of embedded hardware and firmware
- Participation in electronic control systems for BLDC/DC applications
- Development and modification of low-level software in Embedded C/C++
- Circuit design and adaptation of existing electronics
- Integration, commissioning, and debugging of microcontroller systems
- Execution of functional tests and technical validations
- Support in the further development of existing products and system components
Requirements
Interested?
Do you have experience in developing electronic control systems and are you available for a long-term project on short notice?
- Experience in embedded hardware and/or firmware development
- Knowledge in BLDC/DC motor control and power electronics
- Good knowledge of Embedded C/C++
- Experience with microcontrollers such as STM32, TI, NXP, or Infineon
- Knowledge of circuit design and PCB design
- Ideally, experience with FOC, PWM, EMC/ESD, or control engineering
- Practice-oriented and independent way of working
- Willingness for regular on-site activity in the Villingen-Schwenningen area
