• external and internal.
• You love interacting with others and are therefore a valued contact person for internal colleagues as well as for communication with external partners such as fund managers, auditors, tax and financial authorities, BaFin, and custodians regarding the closing of Real/Alternative Assets.
• You independently prepare the annual and semi-annual reports for our Real/Alternative Assets (DE & LUX), keeping an eye on legal publication deadlines.
• You keep an eye on innovations within the scope of reforms and support their practical implementation.
• You take responsibility in projects and their implementation.
• You have successfully completed a bank apprenticeship, a commercial apprenticeship, or a degree in economics.
• You are interested in the capital and real estate markets and have corresponding knowledge.
• You have experience in statutory/regulatory reporting.
• You have experience with SAP or the process of preparing annual and semi-annual reports for Real/Alternative Assets.
• You have a talent for quickly familiarizing yourself with new subject areas.
• You can demonstrate good IT skills (Word, Excel, and possibly SAP).
• You are communicative and team-oriented, characterized by an independent, precise, and results-oriented way of working, but also value exchange and collaboration with others.
