Job Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Pay Scale

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing and processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems.
• Support high-speed automation and automated production equipment.
• Conduct production test runs and process characterization.
• Collect and analyze production data, prepare charts and reports, and identify yield improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering teams.
• Monitor production operations and provide technical guidance to line operators.
• Support continuous improvement and manufacturing process optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.).
• Hands-on experience in engineering or manufacturing technician roles.
• Experience with PLC and manufacturing equipment troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Experience supporting high-speed automation and production equipment.
• Experience with equipment setup, production testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work onsite in Libertyville, IL.
• Anticipated hourly pay range: $30.00
• $33.00 per hour on W2.
• Start: flexible
• Location: Libertyville, IL, United States of America, US
• Rate: 30-33 EUR/h
