- Study business needs and project them onto the company's ABB maps, in conjunction with the teams in the France region.
- Architecture study for the company's priority projects (analysis of the existing, design of the target, and definition of the trajectory). Currently, the priority project is the implementation of e-invoicing and e-reporting.
- Presentation of studies to stakeholders.
- Formalization of the vision architecture for the scope in the France region.
- Design of transition architectures for the scope in the France region.
- Training and support for product teams.
