For a project in the field of enterprise architecture, we are looking for an Enterprise Architecture Consultant (m/f/d) with experience in Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF, and ArchiMate.

Responsibilities

Review and operationalization of the Enterprise Architecture Operating Model, establishment of governance structures, roadmap and backlog, design of the Architecture Review Board, definition of architecture artifacts, KPI frameworks, workshops, and knowledge transfer with ITIL, TOGAF, ArchiMate, and Domain-Driven Design.

Must-Have Requirements

Proof of the mentioned experience with concrete project examples (including contract subject, duration, client, role performed, and a brief description of activities)

• Several years of experience in Enterprise Architecture (Minimum 10 years)
• Experience with Architecture Governance in federated environments, environments consisting of multiple units, or similarly complex environments
• Experience in moderating "Architecture Review Board" meetings and in creating decision-ready documents including traceability
• Experience in implementing delegated decision-making authority, "Architecture Decision Records" (ADRs), waivers, compliance checks, and architecture service models
• Experience in transforming architecture operating models or strategies into implementation roadmaps and concrete work practices – even in unclear or complex situations
• Experience in engaging and managing stakeholders at various levels, including Senior Management, Architecture, Business Departments, Product Management, Development, Infrastructure, and Delivery Teams
• Knowledge of IT processes and established frameworks/methods, such as ITIL, TOGAF, ArchiMate, and Domain-Driven Design
• Fluent English skills for documentation, collaboration with vendors, and participation in meetings
• Experience in the conception and delivery of IT solutions in an agile environment
• Experience in the energy and utilities sector, especially with transmission system operators
• Knowledge of French, Dutch, or German
