Service Description

• Participation in the conception of resilient and geo-redundant IT landscapes
• Analysis and evaluation of existing IT systems regarding redundancy, need for adaptation, and operating model
• Development and application of uniform evaluation and survey methods for the analysis of the system landscape
• Coordination with system administrators as well as consolidation and validation of technical and organizational requirements
• Development of concepts for geo-redundant operating models, including enablement and migration scenarios
• Determination of infrastructure, hardware, and resource requirements as well as support for cost and effort estimations
• Analysis of dependencies within the system landscape and consideration in implementation and migration planning
• Creation of technical documentation as well as technical support for solution designs and decision documents

• Several years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Management or in large infrastructure and transformation projects
• Expertise in the analysis of complex IT system landscapes and their dependencies
• Knowledge in the design of resilient and geo-redundant IT architectures
• Know-how in infrastructure planning as well as cost and effort estimations
• Practical experience in the creation of technical solution and operating concepts
• Experience in the management and coordination of stakeholders
