Senior Scheduler | Infrastructure, Network Expansion & Large-Scale Projects | 100% Remote

For various infrastructure and network expansion projects within German transmission system operators, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Scheduler to support complex line and infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for operational and strategic schedule planning, support project management in steering demanding project landscapes, and create transparency regarding deadlines, milestones, dependencies, and project risks.

Your Responsibilities

• Start: Short notice or January 2027
• Duration: Until the end of 2027 with an option to extend
• Workload: 100% / 40 hours per week
• Work Model: 100% Remote
• Contract Type: Freelance
• Project Environment: Network expansion, substation construction, line construction, energy infrastructure, large-scale projects
• Creation, maintenance, and further development of project schedules
• Development and updating of master schedules and detailed schedules
• Schedule control of complex infrastructure and network expansion projects
• Analysis of critical paths and identification of schedule deviations
• Control of schedule interfaces between projects, sub-projects, and stakeholders
• Support for project management in reporting and project control
• Execution of schedule-related risk analyses
• Creation of status reports and schedule reports
• Proactive communication of relevant milestones and critical project events
• Ensuring transparent and reliable schedule planning across all project phases

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a scheduler or project planner
• Demonstrable experience in infrastructure, energy, or network expansion projects
• Very good knowledge of MS Project
• Experience in controlling complex project schedules
• Experience with cross-project dependencies and interfaces
• Confident use of project management methods
• Independent and structured way of working
