Job description
Seeking 2-3 consultants with extensive experience in enterprise communication and change management for a 1-2 year project in Vienna, starting November 2026. The role requires one day per week onsite.

Requirements
- Comprehensive experience in communication management and communication governance at the enterprise level, as well as proven success in planning, steering, and optimizing communication in large corporate structures
- Experience in steering communication messages, stakeholder communication, change management, measures to promote user acceptance, and communication related to product launches
- Consultants must be familiar with company-wide communication standards, corporate design guidelines, approval processes, and brand guidelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required – especially the ability to translate complex project information into target-group-specific messages
- Experience with surveys, feedback management, communication analyses, and optimization of user interaction is expressly desired
- Excellent German and English skills

Project scope: 45h per month, 40 person-days (2026) or 50 person-days (2027)
