Enterprise Project Manager / Architect for S/4 HANA Conversion with Experience in RISE with SAP

Project overview

The client's (Personnel) HR system must be converted to the S/4HANA Release 2025 FP02.

The new interface in S/4HANA is set up as an embedded Fiori Launch Pad (FLP) and will be adapted to accessibility requirements in collaboration with SAP. The project will upgrade the EHP system to the current and future-proof technical platform S/4HANA Suite (Life Cycle Measure).

Responsibilities

The most important prerequisite is know-how in the area of SAP RISE.

• Support the functionally responsible person in the role of Technical Project Leadership and as Line Architect in planning and managing the project and line activities (focus on architecture and conversion)
• Participate in the creation of project documents (project plan, project handbook, etc.) and presentations
• Support in communication management
• Support in the creation of project-specific concepts and processes (e.g., planning of test cycles)
• Support the functional and technical architecture for the SAP systems
• Support in the preparation and execution of specific formats (e.g., project workshops, stage gates, etc.)
• Task management (Jira)
• Take over work packages within the scope of the conception and adaptation of reporting business processes for HR to the new data model of the SAP S/4HANA system.

• Very good German language skills are required.

Project details

01.01.2027 - 31.07.2027. Onboarding/handover is planned for December.

Utilization: approx. 100 h per month / 10% on-site in Nuremberg.
