Job description
Consultant needed for group-wide risk surveys, plausibility checks, and risk consolidation. The role involves creating risk and management reports, and facilitating risk workshops.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Group-wide risk survey, plausibility check, and risk consolidation
- Creation of risk and management reports
- Conception and moderation of risk workshops with operating companies
- Harmonization of existing risk registers
- Further development of risk assessment methods, risk categories, and KRIs
- Technical support for ERM tool implementation including requirements, migration, testing, and validation
- Sound experience in Enterprise Risk Management / Risk Controlling / Corporate Governance
- Experience with group-wide risk surveys and risk reporting
- Knowledge of COSO ERM and/or ISO 31000
- Experience with GRC/ERM transformation projects
- Experience with ERM/GRC systems
- Experience in industrial companies
- Very good German and English skills
