• Conception, selection, and continuous improvement of fiber blends to meet acoustic, mechanical, and customer-specific requirements
• Planning, execution, evaluation, and documentation of material tests, laboratory investigations, and production trials
• Independent support of development projects from material concept through qualification to series production

• Several years of experience in the development of nonwovens, fiber materials, technical textiles, or comparable materials
• Sound knowledge in the areas of material development, materials engineering, and technical textiles
• In-depth understanding of the interactions between fiber blends, process parameters, and the resulting material properties
• Experience in planning, conducting, and evaluating material tests, experimental series, and targeted optimization of acoustic and mechanical properties
• Practical knowledge of airlaid, nonwoven, or comparable manufacturing and processing methods
• Proficient written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to undertake national and international business trips
