The position

Assignment description:

Independently carry out integrated environmental inspections on IPPC-agricultural (type 4) and complex agricultural companies (type 3), including the associated re-inspections. The goal is to promote compliance with environmental legislation, timely recovery measures for violations, and a legally well-founded enforcement process where necessary.

• 7 to 10 integrated inspection reports, according to format and quality criteria 3.0;
• Re-inspection reports, if applicable based on findings during the initial inspections. If re-inspections are not necessary: in consultation with the client, conduct additional integrated inspections as a replacement;
• Inspection letters or emails with recovery actions or closing letter after integrated inspection;
• Re-inspection letters with closure or intention for administrative enforcement;
• Where applicable: additional or adjusted partial products in consultation with the client, in case of deviations or special circumstances.
• Sporadically include and explain the field of Agricultural supervisor to new employees/trainees within the environmental service
• The entrepreneur must meet the quality criteria 3.0 for at least 90%
• Independently plan and execute integrated inspections and re-inspections at IPPC and complex agricultural companies;
• Prepare reports and associated written communication to companies;
• Apply the national enforcement strategy and assess administrative law steps;
• Assess stable techniques (such as air scrubbers) and supervise their operation;
• Communicate with companies, residents, and competent authorities;
• Feedback and coordination with the client and competent authorities where necessary
• The entrepreneur works completely independently.
• The work will be carried out according to the applicable quality criteria (Quality Criteria 3.0) and within the national enforcement strategy.
