We are currently looking for multiple Epic EHR Consultants for one of the leading tech companies in Germany. The position is 100% remote and long-term.

- Experience with Epic EHR, ideally across modules such as Epic Ambulatory, Inpatient, Beaker, Resolute, Willow, Clarity, or Caboodle.
- Experience in workflow analysis and redesign for clinical or administrative healthcare processes.
- Ability to gather and translate requirements from clinical stakeholders such as physicians, nurses, and administrative teams.
- Experience with Epic system configuration and build using Epic tools, not custom coding.
- Experience supporting go-lives, user training, and adoption in hospital or healthcare environments.
- Epic certification in one or more modules is highly preferred; German language proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of Epic Software (in general)
- Consulting clients about Epic software
- Technical understanding of Epic software
- Epic module expertise (e.g., Epic Ambulatory, Inpatient, Beaker, Resolute, Willow,
- Clarity, Caboodle, Grand Central, OpTime) --> please list your rating for each module
- Workflow analysis & redesign for clinical and administrative processes
- System configuration & build (not coding — using Epic's own tools)
- Go-live support & end-user training
- Epic certifications (please attach)
