Company Profile

As a consulting firm based in Mainz, we support credit institutions nationwide in the further development and optimization of their credit processes. In addition, we offer tailor-made training courses to prepare employees specifically for new requirements, processes, and regulatory frameworks.

Project Goal

We want to convert the training content we develop into compact, practice-oriented learning units of three to five minutes each and make them available to our customers in the form of professionally produced learning videos. The goal is to impart knowledge flexibly, efficiently, and sustainably, and to increase learning success through modern digital formats.

Support Sought

For the implementation of this project, we are looking for an experienced partner to support us in the following tasks:

Tasks c and d in particular can only be carried out in our office in Mainz. The remaining services can also be provided remotely.

• Coordination on suitable video formats, platforms, and technical standards to ensure sustainable use and easy provision of learning content for our customers.
• Joint development of a consistent didactic and visual overall concept ("common thread") including storyboard, design elements, and recurring formats to ensure high recognition value across the entire training series.
• Recording and professional preparation of screen presentations (screen recordings/screencasts) for the clear illustration of processes, applications, and work steps.
• Creation of professional video recordings of trainers and users for the practical teaching of specialist knowledge and real application scenarios.
• Professional post-production including video editing, image and sound optimization, and the integration of graphics, animations, text overlays, subtitles, and other didactic elements. Special attention is paid to data protection-compliant anonymization of training cases and customer data.
• Consultation and support in standardizing the production process to make the later creation of further learning videos efficient and scalable.
• Creation of a pilot video as a reference format, which serves as a template for the further production of the entire learning video series.
