Freelance Motion Designer / Video Editor – UGC & Performance Creatives

Project overview

For a project starting at short notice, we are looking for an experienced freelance Motion Designer / Video Editor.

The focus is on editing existing UGC and creator material. Different performance creatives and ad variations for social media should be quickly created from various video assets.

Framework conditions

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: initially until the end of December 2026
• Workload: approximately 30 hours per week
• Work model: completely remote
• Extension: generally possible

Responsibilities

• Video editing and cutting of UGC and creator material
• Creation of different ad variations from existing assets
• Adaptation of hooks, cuts, formats, and video lengths
• Motion design, animations, text overlays, and subtitles
• Audio editing, grading, and preparation of moving image material
• Creation and optimization of performance creatives
• Collaboration with creative, social media, and performance teams
• Work with the internal content management system Strawberry

Requirements

• Confident use of Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience with UGC, creator, and short-form content
• Understanding of paid social and performance creatives
• Ability to quickly create multiple variations from existing material
• Independent, structured, and hands-on working style
• Very good German and good English skills
