- Consulting the client on aligning operational requirements and processes with the end customer
- Analysis and evaluation of functional and technical requirements as a basis for operational and technical solution approaches
- Development of concepts for optimizing DevOps and operational processes
- Functional consulting on container-based technologies and their use in modern operating environments
- Evaluation of solution options considering existing software and hardware architectures
- Consulting on the consideration of data protection and IT security requirements in the design of operational processes
- Functional coordination of technical issues with involved stakeholders on the client and customer side
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, operational concepts, and decision papers
- Consulting on best practices for automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and the stable operation of container-based platforms
- Support of functional implementation through conceptual consulting and quality assurance of the developed solution approaches
