MISSION DESCRIPTION

The Digital Workplace (DWP) department is profoundly transforming the digital experience for all employees, headquarters, stores, warehouses, and franchisees, to ensure a fluid digital work environment.

Within the DWP, the service is provided by the team responsible for steering employee performance and experience (DEX).

Team: Program, DEX & Process Management

Project(s): Tracking dashboards for all Digital Workplace services

Intervention Objectives:

Expected Deliverables:

• Presence / Remote Work: 3 days per week on-site
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 16/11/2027
• Measure and analyze employee experience DEX / NPS
• Track the adoption of collaborative and SaaS solutions
• Steer the operational performance of the DWP
• Ensure the governance and evolution of Data pipelines and associated dashboards
• DEX analysis and NPS/UX tracking dashboards
• Google Workspace & Gemini adoption dashboards
• Office / SCCM decline tracking dashboard
• Consolidated park reporting: hardware, SaaS, JIRA/SMax, and OKRs
• DWP governance dashboard
• Optimized data pipelines in BigQuery / Data Lake
• Documentation of models and reports
• Roadmap and tracking of new DWP Data projects

Requirements

• Excellent command of SQL and BigQuery, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries
• Mastery of Looker Studio and AppSheet for creating and optimizing interactive dashboards
• Ability to identify and track critical KPIs for business steering
• Experience in processing multiple data sources: PostgreSQL, Google Sheets, CSV, etc.
• Ability to extract, normalize, and consolidate data in a Data Warehouse

• Design and optimization of data pipelines in BigQuery
• Python, Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark
• Relational and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• GCP / Azure Cloud environments
• GitLab CI/CD and Git
• DevOps practices
• Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Technical log analysis and DEX / NPS analysis
• Statistical analysis of UX/NPS surveys
• Steering of Google Workspace and Gemini adoption KPIs
• Tracking of Office licenses and SCCM data processing
• Performance reporting from JIRA / SMax
• Governance of DWP projects
• Populating and optimizing the Data Lake
• Scoping and steering of new Data projects
• Master's degree (Bac+5), engineering school or university focused on IT, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 7 years of experience in Data Analysis
• Experience in the retail / mass distribution sector would be a plus
• English C1 level
• Excellent oral and written communication in French
