- Analyze the functional and technical needs of the business units
- Locate and qualify the necessary data
- Design, model, and enrich data warehouses and datamarts
- Develop data integration processes (ETL / Big Data pipelines)
- Process and clean data, ensure its quality
- Participate in cloud migration, (Databricks)
- Develop and optimize Spark processing
- Produce readable reports and dashboards for the business units
- Support and train users in the use of data and reports
- Test, document, deploy, and maintain deliverables in operational conditions
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement of the decision-making architecture
- Big Data: Spark (essential), Hive, Indexima
- Cloud / Data Platform: Databricks (high migration stakes)
- Storage: Oracle, CEPH S3 (parquet)
- Languages: SQL, Python, PL/SQL, Shell, Java (more appreciated but not mandatory)
- ETL: Informatica
- Dataviz: Tableau Server
- CI/CD & Tooling: Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform
- Scheduling: Control-M
- Methodology: agile environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BI / Data Engineer / Decision Support Engineer roles
- Very good command of SQL
- Solid experience in data warehouse modeling (DWH, datamarts)
- Proven skills in data processing and cleaning
- Indispensable mastery of Spark
- Experience in business support: workshops, requirements gathering, training, support
- Good development level (Spark, SQL, ideally Python and/or Java in addition)
- Autonomy, rigor, sense of quality
- Team spirit, good communication skills
- Curiosity, desire to understand the business and data usage
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to propose solutions for technical and decision-making systems
