We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Requirements Engineer/Business Analyst to gather, structure, and prioritize functional requirements while working closely with architecture and development teams.

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Requirements Engineer / Business Analyst who gathers, structures, and prioritizes functional requirements while working closely with architecture and development.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and documentation of IT requirements together with specialist departments and external partners
- Conducting workshops (e.g., Story Mapping, Design Thinking)
- Creation and maintenance of requirements artifacts as well as EPICs, Features, and User Stories
- Documentation and prioritization of requirements in Azure DevOps and LeanIX
- Collaboration with IT and Solution Architects to develop suitable solution architectures
- Participation in agile SCRUM teams (Refinement, Planning, Review)
- Support for development teams in functional implementation
- Maintenance and prioritization of the Product/Team Backlog
- Analysis of complex IT landscapes and existing legacy systems

- 15+ years of experience in Requirements Engineering or Business Process and Requirements Analysis
- Sound knowledge of common Requirements Engineering methods
- Very good experience with Azure DevOps and agile methods (SCRUM)
- Experience with complex IT environments and numerous interconnected systems
- Experience in reverse engineering of legacy systems
- Experience in the logistics sector as well as with Digital Services/Payment
- Experience in managing internationally distributed software development teams
- German and English at C1 level
- IREB certification as well as SCRUM/SAFe Product Owner certification are an advantage
- Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, customer and solution orientation
- Hands-on mentality, teamwork skills, and high quality awareness
- Interest in technological innovations and willingness to work flexible hours
