Project overview

Context

Major French financial group, IT department. The MTA (Modeling and Advanced Technologies) team designs and industrializes AI components used by business units: APIs, internal and external chatbots, AI agents capable of executing workflows, calling APIs, and orchestrating tools, integration of LLM models (Mistral, GPT, Claude), contribution to cross-functional platforms (IALAB, IAP, GED, RPA).

The team wishes to strengthen its seniority level with an expert profile.

Missions

Tools & Environment

• Develop advanced AI agents for business units: agents capable of calling APIs and executing actions, multi-step scenarios (analysis, decision, action, supervision), AI tooling (actions, connectors, permissions).
• Design or improve business chatbots: memory, information retrieval (RAG), contextualization, prompt optimization, multi-model support.
• Integrate and orchestrate with the IS: secure calls to internal APIs (ERP, GED, RPA, CRM), tool executors with fine-grained management of authorizations and logs.
• Industrialize and ensure reliability: observability (logs, metrics, traceability, costs), unit and end-to-end tests, contribution to internal frameworks.
• Participate in system demonstrations, PI planning, and agile increments.
• Comply with IT Security, DPO, and AI governance requirements.
