Job description
The client is looking for an expert to provide operational support and training on accessibility, specifically focusing on RGAA compliance for various web and mobile platforms.

Context
The client wishes to rely on one or more experts to support them in this endeavor.
The scope of intervention concerns themes, each broken down into several websites and applications:
MISSIONS:
Conducting accessibility training for new arrivals: PO/PM/QA; UI/UX; Web Dev; iOS Mobile Dev; Android Mobile Dev (5 categories), over a maximum of one or two days (possibility of offering inter-company or intra-company training)
Conducting audits of sites and applications every 12-18 months
The audit report will also include updating the internal compliance files used to monitor performance and track its evolution (calculation of legal and average compliance rate based on RGAA criteria).

Expertise in accessibility consulting and coaching
RGAA 4 Expertise: UX UI Product and Technical – web, mobile, and TV environment
Expertise in project management in the field of accessibility
Work environment

- All teams are committed to upgrading their offerings (accessibility training for each new arrival: PM, PO, UX, UI, dev, QA) and have regular follow-up meetings with accessibility experts
- KPI for monitoring accessibility implementation: compliance files are updated by product teams to monitor performance and track its evolution (calculation of legal and average compliance rate based on RGAA criteria)
- Operational support for the teams, led by the accessibility expert based on identified needs
- In conjunction with the accessibility expert, they will notably participate in:
- Supporting PO, QA, and web teams based on workload,
- Highlighting recommendations for making complex components accessible (Example: complex infographics, advanced player controls, "off-the-beaten-path" modules like large format or others)
- Ensuring our offerings comply by providing technical support to iOS and Android developers,
- Conducting component audits based on product evolutions
