Profile
- Conduct risk assessments according to the Machinery Directive or Machinery Regulation
- Independently review and create CE conformity declarations for machines, equipment, and plant modifications
- Assess existing plants regarding CE conformity and retrofitting needs
- Analyze safety-related risks during modifications and modernizations
- Implement the integration of robotics and cobot solutions into existing production environments
- Conduct hazard analyses and safety assessments
- Create technical documentation and evidence for internal and external audits
- Comprehensive experience in the field of CE marking, machine safety, and risk assessment
- Sound knowledge of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the new EU Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230
- Comprehensive experience with risk assessments
- Experience in the environment of industrial plants, special machine construction, or automated production
- Project experience with robotics, cobots, and human-robot collaboration
