Requirements

• Experience in the field of old-age provision, pension insurance, or occupational pensions (bAV)
• Knowledge of Riester products or comparable provision solutions
• Experience in technical or regulatory transformation projects
• Understanding of insurance processes and product landscapes
• Ability to implement complex requirements in a structured manner
• Ideally, experience in product management, business analysis, or project management
• Old-age provision in Germany is facing significant changes
• For current and future projects related to the Riester Reform 2027, the company is looking for experienced experts from insurance, old-age provision, product management, mathematics, business analysis, and project management who want to actively shape the further development of modern provision solutions
