Support technical teams in implementing the solution and facilitate administrator adoption.

In conjunction with the project manager, the publisher, and the internal team:

On the Le Mans site at least 3 days per week.

Remote work possible for 2 days per week.

Note. Days of grace to consider:

• Lead meetings with the various stakeholders (publisher, service providers, administrators);
• Support the onboarding of the first batch of administrators (target 100 administrators);
• Advise on architecture topics (monitoring, backup, operations);
• Industrialize the administration of the solution (authorizations, automation of vault creation, AD management)
• Describe and test operational procedures (break glass, maintenance, version upgrades);
• Provide expertise on the CyberArk solution (implementation, features, answer administrator questions);
• Produce deliverables (procedures, technical documentation; user support);
• Be able to develop CyberArk connectors for Linux/Unix, Windows, and RDBMS environments.
• Mastery of the technical environment without knowledge of client specifics: 2 days
• Skill development required on the technical environment or absence of similar experience: 4 days
