Expert IAM Senior – SSO / Okta / LDAP

Project overview

We are looking for a Senior IAM Expert to strengthen, then take over within the team responsible for the identity and access management of a major client.

The team designs, deploys, and maintains the group's IAM solutions: centralized Okta SSO, ODSEE directories, identity provisioning via Talend batches, Java authentication components, and group/password management applications.

You will provide technical expertise and Level 3 support to production teams, while participating in handling user requests and IAM service evolutions.

• Administer IAM solutions: SAML / OpenID Connect application connections, group, account, and password management.
• Support teams in applying best connection practices.
• Handle Level 1 incidents, ensure their resolution or escalation, and contribute to problem management.
• Provide Level 3 support on Okta, LDAP directories, and Java components.
• Lead or carry out technical evolutions: solution deployment, module addition, migrations, and version upgrades.
• Recommend new service offerings and infrastructure evolutions with engineering, production, and security teams, evaluating their impact on operations and maintenance.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and the definition of operational standards.
• Write and maintain documentation: workshop reports, usage standards, installation, administration, and operational guides, operating procedures.
• Produce a monthly activity report.
• Proven experience in the implementation and operation of IAM and identity federation solutions in production, within a large enterprise environment.
• Expertise on Okta ideally, or on solutions such as PingFederate, ForgeRock, or Keycloak.
• Very good command of SAML, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed protocols, and REST APIs.
• Solid skills on LDAP directories: ODSEE / DSEE, OpenDJ, OpenLDAP, or Active Directory.
• Proficiency in Shell, BAT, or PowerShell scripting and in Apache, Tomcat, Java / J2EE environments.
• Ability to take over and evolve existing Java components, particularly SSO CAS v1/v2 and SOAP web services.
• Experience in handling user requests and Level 1 production incidents: diagnosis, resolution, and escalation.
• Experience with identity provisioning via Talend batches or equivalent is a plus.
