Project overview

Context

Long mission, based in Lille (hybrid). Seeking an Expert Java (CIAM) to join a Login team responsible for a secure and performant authentication solution covering over 80 countries. Major technical objective: international architecture migration from Spring Security 5 to Spring Security 7. Highly secure delivery and a fluid member experience are expected.

Working Conditions

• Hands-on development & delivery of core CIAM components: authentication engines, token management, protocol integrations.
• Implementation of resilient patterns (Kafka, CDC, Outbox) for consistency and performance.
• Quality assurance through automated tests (Playwright, Gatling/Blazemeter) from the development stage.
• Setup and maintenance of tracking and experimentation: Amplitude for behavioral tracking, Statsig for A/B testing.
• Close collaboration with Product teams to translate business needs into measurable implementations.
• Technical debt management: balancing speed/quality and continuous debt repayment.
• System design (modeling via C4 Model), deployment, and operation on Kubernetes (Helm) with observability via Datadog.
