Two experienced experts in test management are sought to support a major tender for a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The profiles should bring in-depth test management competence, SAP project experience, and the ability to manage complex test projects.

Responsibilities

Conception and further development of overarching test strategies and test concepts

Planning, control, and coordination of complex test activities in SAP S/4HANA projects

Leadership and coordination of test teams, as well as coordination with project management and business departments

Creation, review, and execution of test cases

Management of test documentation, error analysis, and defect tracking

Ensuring quality requirements and test progress

Use of suitable test management methods and tools, such as SAP Solution Manager and defect tracking systems

Reporting on test status, risks, and the quality of test results

Consideration of agile and classic project methodologies as well as relevant standards

Requirements

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Administrative Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification

Relevant certification, e.g., ISTQB

In-depth experience in test planning and test execution, preferably in SAP S/4HANA projects

Experience with SAP modules, especially FI, CO, PSM, and/or PS-CD

Proof of at least two comparable reference projects from the last five years with services in at least two of the areas SAP S/4HANA, FI, CO, PSM, or PS-CD

In-depth knowledge of test management tools and methods for complex IT projects

Strong project management and leadership skills

Analytical and organizational skills for developing test strategies

Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and high resilience

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Very good IT skills, especially MS Office

Fluent oral and written communication skills in German

Particularly relevant experience:

Test management in public administration projects

Understanding of the dynamics of complex IT implementation projects

Agile methods and collaboration with end-users

Classic and agile project management methods

Test case creation, test execution, and test documentation

Error analysis and quality management

Knowledge of V-Modell XT Bund
