Detailed Description
As part of the deployment and security of the Group's OpenShift platforms, including internationally (AMER and APAC regions), we are looking for an expert in network security for containerized environments on OpenShift.
The consultant's main mission will be to provide expertise to participate in the definition and implementation of a robust and coherent network security strategy, while ensuring the upskilling of internal teams. They will need to understand security in its entirety, considering flows crossing a heterogeneous and hybrid filtering ecosystem.

Responsibilities
The profile sought is an expert with in-depth knowledge of OpenShift and solid experience gained in critical, regulated, and large-scale environments.
- Strategy and Architecture:
- Define and formalize network filtering policies and strategies, flow security, and micro-segmentation within OpenShift environments.
- Participate in the implementation of the OpenShift infrastructure in AMER and APAC.
- Participate in defining architecture standards for containerized platforms, including future extension to hosting virtual machines (OpenShift Virtualization).
- Expertise and Support:
- Lead the implementation and administration of security rules and load balancing components, in conjunction with the Platform, Network, and Security teams.
- Analyze connectivity incidents and security alerts to propose effective remediation plans.
- Define automation needs for flow and compliance management, in collaboration with development teams.
- Collaborate with the SOC for the development of security dashboards (Splunk).
- Skills Transfer and Support:
- Support and train internal teams, particularly teams in AMER and APAC regions, on best practices for securing OpenShift environments.
- Act as a referent and mentor to ensure sustainable skill development within the Network Security team (SRE).
- Maintain active technological watch on security solutions for OpenShift.
