Requirements

- Professional experience in a senior plant or operations function, e.g., as Senior Plant Manager, Plant Director, Operations Director, or VP Operations
- Experience in the operational leadership and optimization of production sites
- Willingness for predominantly on-site deployment in Bizerte, Tunisia
- Fluent English and French language skills, both written and spoken
- Exciting mandate with an internationally leading automotive Tier 1 supplier
- International role in a demanding and dynamic production environment
- Focus on operational challenges, production stabilization, and sustainable performance increase
