Responsibilities
Profile
- Review and optimization of an existing requirements description for the new location
- Consulting on market prices, location factors, and broker and renovation costs
- Development and weighting of evaluation criteria for real estate offers
- Creation of evaluation and checklist for site selection
- Strategic advice on the use of brokers and real estate portals
- Support with market analyses and the tendering of brokerage services
- Demonstrable experience in consulting on location or real estate projects
- Very good market knowledge in the greater Cologne area
- At least one reference project for the search and selection of a commercial property location for an administrative company with approx. 1,000 employees in the greater Cologne area
- Independent consulting activity without economic interests in real estate or brokerage business in the project environment
