The Chamber of Skilled Crafts Rheinhessen is the service and competence center for skilled trades in our region. With around 100 employees, we support skilled craft businesses, apprentices, and entrepreneurs in all matters concerning education, consulting, and representation of interests.

For our training centers, we are looking for a dedicated individual as an Expert in Educational Innovation, Didactics, and Digital Learning Concepts in Skilled Trades (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

The position is initially fixed-term until December 31, 2027. A longer-term collaboration is expressly desired.

Your Responsibilities

• Holistic pedagogical, didactic, and methodological further development of the Chamber's inter-company practical training in 12 trades
• Consulting and supporting training masters in the development of modern, practice-oriented, and interactive learning offerings
• Use and further development of digital learning formats, AI applications, and innovative teaching and learning methods
• Development of concepts for the preparation and follow-up of learning content, as well as for promoting independent learning for apprentices
• Establishment of systematic internal differentiation for the individual support of higher-achieving and lower-achieving apprentices
• Conception and execution of workshops, training sessions, and exchange formats for training staff
• Promotion of cooperation between training companies, vocational schools, and vocational training centers
• Conducting needs-oriented consultation hours for course participants
• both preventively and in acute situations
