• Does your heart beat for WordPress, modern websites, and digital projects?
• Do you enjoy working independently in a structured and professional educational environment?
• And most importantly: Do you want to impart your know-how in a didactically sound manner and sustainably support people in their professional development?
• you conduct structured 10-day workshops (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.) in the area of WordPress and websites
• you impart practical knowledge and methodologically-didactic expertise on how to create, build, and optimize websites with WordPress
• you align your content with the learning objectives, prior knowledge, and requirements of the participants
• you design practice-oriented, didactically structured further training courses and learning materials
• you create presentations as well as exercises and practical formats for the participants
• have several years of practical professional experience, ideally from an agency, company, or self-employment
• have sound practical experience with WordPress projects, both from a strategic and application-oriented perspective
• can demonstrate pedagogical suitability (e.g., through experience in adult education, training, workshops, or comparable qualifications)
• have experience in the structured impartation of learning content and in dealing with diverse learning groups
• enjoy moderating and presenting
• empathetically and confidently engage with the different needs and personalities of our participants
• have a hands-on mentality
• work reliably and in a structured manner
