Responsibilities

• Audit employee benefits and perks, including the conception and creation of the audit program
• Create transparency regarding benefits and perks within the group
• Audit tax and compliance treatment (including payroll tax and social security)
• Analyze information from companies and derive areas for action
• Audit customer payment behavior (Order-to-Cash) based on the existing audit program
• Perform SAP-supported mass data analyses
• Analyze the dunning process, weighted overdue items, and timely down payment requirements
• Evaluate O2C processes and controls in accounts receivable management
• Create audit reports, including optimization recommendations

Requirements

My advantages:

• Sound experience in financial and HR audit
• Experience in HR tax compliance or internal audit with a focus on compensation and benefits
• Expertise in Order-to-Cash, accounts receivable management, and process audits
• Sound knowledge of SAP SD/FI and SAP data analysis (mass data)
• Ability to independently create audit programs and be responsible for audits end-to-end
• Experience in the mid-sized business sector (not exclusively DAX environment)
• Confident use of Excel or Google Workspace
• Good English skills (on a case-by-case basis in HR audit)
• Remote possibility
