Job description

Within a large, recognized international industrial group, you will join the Export Sales Administration & Customer Service department to manage a portfolio of distributor clients and foreign subsidiaries.

Your responsibilities will include entering, tracking, and invoicing international orders on SAP, coordinating logistics with carriers, and managing the complete export documentation package (certificates of origin, EUR1, CMR/BL, proforma invoices).

As a key operational interface, you will also handle disputes, monitor deadlines, and communicate daily with internal teams (procurement, planning, sales).

This position is based in Marigny Saint Marcel for a temporary contract (interim) until the end of the year, with a gross monthly salary of €2,300, supplemented by temporary work benefits (10% IFM, 10% ICCP) and applicable on-site company benefits.

Candidate profile

With a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in International Business, Transport/Logistics, or Operations Management, you have at least two years of successful experience in a similar export sales administration or international customer service role. You must have professional English proficiency, both spoken and written (minimum B2/C1 level), as well as experience with an ERP system (ideally SAP) and Excel (a second foreign language is a plus).

To succeed in this role, you demonstrate great operational rigor, a keen sense of customer service, excellent responsiveness, and a solid ability to manage stress during peak activity periods.
