External Support – Process Automation / RPA (Power Automate / UiPath)
For short-term support in automating recurring, manual processes in finance and accounting, we are looking for experienced external support (freelancer or specialized subcontractor) starting immediately. The focus is on increasing efficiency and digitalization in the area of e-invoicing processing.

What You Bring
- Automation of supplier portals: Conception and implementation of automated workflows for regular retrieval and download of incoming invoices from various portals.
- File Management: Automatic downloading, rule-based renaming, and structured storage of invoices on the internal file share.
- Workflow Integration: Configuration of subsequent handover or automated notification to the internal invoicing workflow.
- Technology: Preferably Microsoft Power Automate, alternatively UiPath.
- Infrastructure: Implementation will be fully on-premises in our internal environment.
- Project Scope: Currently, 5 to 10 flows are identified for the start (potential for expansion exists).
- Time Horizon: Rough estimate of approx. 8 hours per flow (total volume for the first phase: approx. 40 hours).
- Collaboration Model: Accompanied work (e.g., via screen sharing/remote session) is planned for the project start. Direct access with own external hardware is not required.
- Demonstrable project experience in RPA development (Microsoft Power Automate Desktop/Cloud or UiPath).
- Experience with on-premises architectures and automation of web interfaces (portal scraping).
- Understanding of processes in invoice handling / e-invoicing is an advantage.
- Structured, independent way of working and the ability to efficiently implement processes through dialogue via remote support.
