Project overview
For an industrial project, we are looking for an experienced freelancer (m/f/d) in the field of construction management / installation coordination. The focus of the activity lies on the technical support and coordination of the disassembly, installation, and replacement of large components, as well as the management of related installation and logistics processes.
You will take on a central interface function between executing companies, subcontractors, suppliers, planners, construction managers, and overall project management, ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with deadlines, quality, and contracts.
Responsibilities
- Construction management and coordination of disassembly, installation, and replacement of large components
- Coordination and supervision of executing companies, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitoring of work regarding quality, deadlines, costs, and execution in accordance with contracts and plans
- Review of execution and installation documents and early identification and clarification of technical and organizational conflicts
- Coordination of interfaces with adjacent trades, construction managers, planners, and other project participants
- Monitoring, documentation, and evaluation of construction and installation progress
- Early identification and reporting of deviations, hindrances, and project risks to overall project management
- Conducting and supporting quality controls, inspections, and acceptances
- Documentation and follow-up of defects and open points
- Participation in the review and evaluation of measurements, performance levels, technical changes, and additional orders
- Participation in functional tests, commissioning, and acceptances of the supervised components
- Participation in or conducting of construction, schedule, and coordination meetings
- Regular reporting to overall project management
- Ensuring and monitoring compliance with relevant legal, technical, and project-specific requirements, especially in the areas of occupational safety, health, and environmental protection
