Our client in the Other sector is looking for an Expert QAOps Test Automation H/F

Mission Description:

Context

A shared services team of quality experts supports product teams and platforms in the continuous improvement of software quality. It operates in a context of deploying agility at scale and Agile or SAFe operation.

The technical ecosystem includes Playwright, OpenShift, CI/CD, Git, Vault, Kubernetes (Helm), Docker, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, as well as Microsoft 365. The applications concerned may include legacy systems, web and mobile applications.

Mission

Within the Shared Services Testing team, the interveners bring their expertise in quality assurance and test automation. They define and maintain automation frameworks, support teams in their implementation, and contribute to the improvement of testing practices.

Essential Skills / Qualities:

Application test automation, Playwright or another automation tool, CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitLab CI), Agile and V-cycle project management, Test strategies and quality

• Create and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Support teams during the implementation of automation, in the initial phase or in Build, and facilitate its integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Advise teams on their automated test strategies.
• Perform reviews of the quality of existing automated tests.
• Participate in the animation of the test community of practice.
• Propose new tools or processes and conduct watch and POCs to improve tests.
• Prepare reversibility and skills transfer, notably through an action plan, up-to-date documentation, and reporting.
• Automation and testing: Playwright, application testing, legacy, web and mobile applications
• Integration and deployment: CI/CD, Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Containers and platforms: OpenShift, Kubernetes (Helm), Docker
• Tools and security: Git, Vault

• Maintained and documented reference framework

• For reversibility: plan, validation checklist, reporting, summary, and acceptance minutes

Nice to have

Information regarding teleworking:

On-site and remote days can be adapted according to needs.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management (AGILE and V-cycle mode);
• At least 3 years of experience in test automation in an ecosystem similar to La BGPN (legacy, web, mobile app);
• Mastery of at least one test automation tool (ideally Playwright)
• Mastery of CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Gitlab CI);
