For a complex industrial project, a Specialist Site Manager for Building Services with a focus on HVAC is sought.

The role is responsible for the technical implementation, quality assurance, and coordination of all building technology trades, including interfaces with electrical and automation.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the execution of all HVAC services and building services interfaces
• Coordination and supervision of installation (ventilation, heating, air conditioning, sanitary)
• Review of execution plans and technical specifications
• Ensuring compliance with standards, quality, and HSE requirements
• Conducting quality checks and site inspections
• Interface management with construction, electrical, instrumentation, control, and process engineering
• Maintenance of outstanding item lists and documentation
• Reporting to project management

• Several years of experience in building services site management or construction supervision
• Sound knowledge of relevant standards (DIN, VDI, VOB, GEG)
• Experience with complex technical interfaces
• Structured and independent way of working
• Strong focus on quality assurance and technical detail
• Close integration with electrical and building automation
• Participation in commissioning phases
