Technical Building Equipment Site Manager with focus on HVAC (m/f/d)

Project overview

+ Responsibility for the proper execution of all TGA services, primarily in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary (HVAC) on the construction site in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and project specifications. Furthermore, proper execution in close coordination with the electrical technical building management and the technical building management for measurement, control, and regulation technology (E-MSR) in the area of electrical building installations and building automation is within the scope of responsibility.

+ Coordination and monitoring of assembly and installation work in the area of HVAC systems (e.g., ventilation systems, air handling units, refrigeration systems, heating systems, piping, air ducts, building technology components), electrical building installation, and building automation.

+ Ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements and relevant legal requirements on the construction site.

Requirements

Must-haves:

+ Completed degree in building services engineering, building technology, energy technology, or comparable qualification (e.g., technician, master craftsman in HVAC/sanitary).

+ Several years of experience in technical building management, construction supervision, or commissioning in the HVAC/TGA sector, ideally in industrial or energy plant projects.

+ Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (DIN, VDI, VOB, EnEV/GEG, relevant guidelines in ventilation and refrigeration).

+ Experience in dealing with complex technical interfaces and interdisciplinary project teams.
