Job description
Experienced Change Management expert (m/f/d) sought for a multi-year SAP transformation program, supporting a large tender. The role is based in Berlin with remote possibilities and starts January 1, 2027.
Project overview
For a multi-year transformation program, we are looking for an experienced Change Management expert (m/f/d) to support a comprehensive tender. The position is in Berlin and remote is possible, starting January 1, 2027, as a full-time role with long-term prospects.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for identifying and systematically managing key stakeholders and interface partners. You will design and manage target group-specific qualification and onboarding measures, identify acceptance barriers early on, and proactively develop countermeasures. Furthermore, you will shape transparent project communication, develop training strategies, and accompany organizational change within the transformation.
Requirements
You bring at least 5 years of professional experience as a Change Manager or Transformation Facilitator in complex IT projects. At least two completed change projects focusing on software-supported process optimization and user acceptance must be demonstrated. A recognized Change Management certification is required. A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Administrative Informatics, or Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, is assumed.
Further competencies include a sound understanding of complex IT implementation projects, experience in training and qualification strategies, stakeholder management, and target group-oriented communication. Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and high resilience are required. Reference projects from the last five years with contributions in at least two subject areas such as SAP S/4HANA, FI, CO, PSM, or PS-CD are expected. Very good IT skills (MS Office) as well as fluent German and English skills are necessary.
Desirable are experiences with Change Management in public administration, agile working methods, Confluence, Jira, and V-Modell XT Bund.
