Responsibilities

• Analysis and resolution of production errors in collaboration with application development
• Granting of authorizations, responsibilities, and creation of new internal and external employees
• Execution of changes to central values and population of pre-made SQL scripts
• Setup of new financing, leasing, and internet products with order codes and residual value groups for vehicles
• User consultation and checking and dispatching of services from daily processing
• Support for the point-of-sales system and dealer portal, including the creation of extranet users
• Processing according to ITIL in incident, problem, and change management, informing users and dealers

• Several years of experience in 2nd and 3rd level support of business-critical applications in banks, ideally in the financing and leasing environment
• Confident use of SQL for analyzing and preparing data during ongoing operations
• Experience in user and authorization administration, including for external access
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or comparable
• Industry experience in the banking or leasing sector, ideally with core banking systems
• Communicative team player with a structured approach to working with business departments and development
• Very good German and English language skills
