Project overview

An international company in the energy sector is looking for an experienced Business and Project Analyst for Intelligent Automation and AI. You will support the business in leveraging new technologies to achieve efficiency, translate business needs into solution requirements and coordinate the implementation of AI and automation use cases in cross-functional projects within a regulated transmission system operator (TSO) environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the business in leveraging new technologies to achieve efficiency and help navigate the increasingly complex operational reality.
• Define business expectations and link with the implementation teams.
• Be a spokesperson for the use of AI and automation within the company.
• Based on business needs, analyse and describe the requirements for the solution.
• Use your knowledge of AI to apply it in a TSO setting.
• Assess the value of AI and automation use cases.
• Coordinate the implementation of new technologies from different fields within cross-functional projects.
• Train and help the business to use tools optimally.

Requirements

• You have at least 14 years of relevant experience, or 14 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have initial professional experience in the implementation of AI within a large company, preferably within a regulated environment such as TSOs.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and/or French and an excellent command of English.
• You have a degree in civil engineering or commercial engineering, a master's degree in science or an equivalent degree.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the different types of AI and automation that exist on the market.
• You have in-depth knowledge of project management.
• You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• You can work independently and efficiently, you take initiatives, and you work in a solution-oriented manner.
• You are very customer-focused, flexible and critically minded. You are a true team player.
