As a Ferryt Configuration Specialist, you will be working for our client, one of the fastest-growing banks in Poland, leading the way in online banking innovation. You will play a vital role in the implementation and development of business processes on the FerrytFlow platform, enabling seamless banking operations and enhanced customer experiences. Responsibilities
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for process implementation and development
- Configure processes on the Ferryt (BPMS) platform
- Configure business processes on the FerrytFlow platform
- Provide support and training to system users
- Ensure seamless integration and operation of business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process configurations
- Document process configurations and changes
- Higher education or currently pursuing a degree in computer science, mathematics, econometrics, physics, or related fields
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience with Ferryt platform
- Knowledge of Ferryt 2.0
- Proficiency in MS SQL with the ability to create SQL queries
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Good communication skills
- Communicative English, especially for technical documentation
Nice to have
Language required for the role: Polish (Good command)
