Requirements

• Completed vocational training, e.g., IT specialist for system integration, IT system electronics technician, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT support or field service, as well as with Windows clients
• Routine handling of ticketing systems as well as networks, LAN, and peripherals
• A valid class B driver's license and willingness for on-site assignments
• Practical knowledge in rollout and migration projects as well as in the documentation of IT processes
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
