The successful candidate will have:

- Producing weekly and monthly financial reports and performance analysis
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes
- Analysing variances and providing commentary to key stakeholders
- Assisting with management accounts and month-end activities
- Building and maintaining financial models and reporting tools
- Partnering with operational teams to provide commercial insight
- Identifying trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis
- Supporting ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
- Previous experience in a Finance Analyst, Commercial Analyst or Management Accountancy role
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, SUMIFS and XLOOKUPs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to start at short notice
